Note: If a controller connected to the drive requires the Index Output
(IOUT) signal to be synchronized to a particular state of the A and B
Outputs (AOUT and BOUT) the unbuffered encoder outputs from the
motor must be used. (Required for use with A-B 1746, 1771, 4100 and
1354 motion controllers.)
